Historical Background
More than 75 years have passed since Sree Narayana Guru Swamy left this mortal world. The thoughts and ideas he has left behind have attracted the attention of people all over the world. The universal popularity which he enjoyed during his left time and which more than anything else, a lover of the poor and the pariahs of our country.
The philosophy of the caste and building up a social movement that strikes at the root of caste hierarchy. Both these task were fulfilled by Sree Narayana Guru Swamy. His philosophy was “Devine of caste and religious hatred. All live here in peace and amidst exemplary brotherhood. This, he thought would solve many of our basic problems like caste, food, education, shelter etc, and also give us a great impetus in religious pursuits.

Founder Profile
Founder cum chief functionary of Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities is Dr.R.Shine. His native place is Kochi, Ernakulam District in Kerala, he is migrated to Karaikal on 1983, He is the registered Dentist (Registered Part-B, Pondicherry Dental council) in Puducherry). He started first Private Dental clinic in Karaikal in 1983. (His Family has so many Doctors), He founded Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities on 1992, Registered in Karaikal Sub-Register Office as Public Charitable Trust, to serve the poor people. He running a High School in Karaikal since 1995. His wife is a Headmistress in our High School.

How & when it came into existence?
We Came into being all the initiative of a band of social minded persons dedicated to the welfare of the poorest of poor of this country with a view to realizing the highest Truth in life through selfless to suffering humanity irrespective of any distinction in their caste, creed religious. They came into existence as a Registered as a registered Indian Public Trust Act in the year 1997 by Dr. R.Shine.

How it runs?
The governing body of the Sree Narayana Mission Charities in which the Trustees are also included as ex-office members, runs the different institutions through the managing committee and different sub-committee formed according to the Rules and Regulations as embedded in its memorandum of Trust. The different committees include distinguished persons of the society having faith in Sree Narayana Guru Mission Charities ideals, particularly in the dictum that god who permeates everything in this world is best manifested in human forms, just as the sun in best reflected in water, service to mankind is, therefore the highest and best form of education, medical, culture and social services on earth.

What We Do?
• A crèche and day care centre for the children between the age group of 1 year and 5 years
• A high school running in the rental building
